i'd get in touch with them. i used to work for HMV, they are clearly fucking useless...

HMV are rubbish they tryed to charge me ten pounds for it when its only 6. IN Wakefield HMV they are very stupid some times.  >:(

Likewise, its been ages now and still not received it, if it doesnt arrive by tomorro il get ono their customer services which will probabaly take ages, i just wish id bought it elsewhere now!
