So seeing as this site has given Cable its own little piece of the net, what other bands of the era would you like to promote?

I remember going to lots of gigs in those days at our local small scummy venue, the Princess Charlotte in Leicester.

Some bands that spring out of my head...

Tampasm!  Symposium, Midget, Redd Kross, China Drum, A, A.C. Acoustics (Great Band) and many others.

Who can you remember from back in the day?

My old band played the Joiners in Southampton with Tampasm back in the day, I was really young and I remember sitting in the backstage area (which is actually downstairs at the joiners) and them giving me loads of their free alcohol and telling me about being at the Kerrang awards sitting and how they were sat really close to Marilyn Manson.
