we got an email from them saying that if we havent recieved them by 72 hours prior to the event which by my calculations is tommorow night, then we have to email them again and they would sort us out.

Not ideal with the band you are travelling hundreds of miles to see are on first and your trying to find the box office and get in to the venue! ! !

Completely agree with you man, never seen antthing like it, these were ordered on the day they went on sale! , keep me updated man, i will do like wise.

The Derby show tickets were supposed to be mailed out but never turned up, so that one will also be a collect from box office one for me. Not sure if its a venue thing or the new "buy online, collect at venue" system that everywhere seems to be doing now. I'm less worried about the London gig as i'm interviewing the band at the venue anyways but i do agree that when when they say that the tickets will be posted and don't turn up it is a bit of a worry when you are making a huge journey.

You might want to check that, mine turned up like a month ago.
