Downlift the Uptrodden Cover

Apologies if this is common knowledge!

Saw this in HMV today and can't believe no-one's ever pointed it out to me before:

Lol yeah man, Downlift is clearly a homage to The Blue breakers cover. Maybe i'm too big of a music geek but i assumed everyone knew that?

I saw that once in a vintage record store, back in the '90s, it was news to me, anyone know if they're any good?

I've never been much of a Clapton fan but The Blues breakers were ok if your into that sort of thing, don't really sound anything like Cable. I should have asked Matt about the cover thing when i asked him those questions recently
