Title: Apparently...
Post by: Benj on September 05, 2006, 01:43:14 pm
Good people

Much to my disgust this weekend, I pulled out all of my Cable stuff and realised that - contrary to what I thought - I do NOT have 'Bluebirds are Blue' on 7". I definitely used to, but I think I might have sold it for much needed cash.
Seeing as I love 'Apparently' so much, I'm hoping that one of you guys have a spare copy, or at least have an idea where I could find it. Sadly, 'Apparently' doesn't appear on the CD version and it's a favourite of mine.

If you can help me can you please email me on benjster@gmail.com. I'll part with anything within reason for a copy in good nick.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Ben

I don't have a spare copy of Blue Birds but have you tried looking on the gemm, netsounds or musicstack websites? I found the W.A.A. LP, Freeze... 12" and From Here... CD all at reasonable prices.

Cheers

Tim

Yeah i've got the same problem, i own copies of Arthur Walker and Blue Birds on 7" but i havn't got a vinyl player to listen to the b-sides..

I found a decent copy of apparently, but i've never been able to find a decent rip of vertigo. I wish Cable just put that track on the Arthur Walker CD cos it's a great song...
